Access2Care is developing an intuitive way for health plan members to request, organize, and track their non-emergency transportation needed to get to and from important appointments and destinations related to their health.
The application gives members and their families all of their ride information in one place and helps them manage, maintain, and modify any detail.
The application can only be used by qualified members (i.e.
– participating state and plan).
